What are the officiate fees?
Our officiant fees varies depending on day of week and if your wedding is formal or informal. See Our Fee Page
Are the fees and deposits refundable?
The deposit is not refundable and pays to reserve the date for you. If you have paid in full then $100 is not refundable, any additional amount is. Deposits may be applied to a change of date or location.
Is there a cost to customize my wedding cermeony?
Our officiants do not charge and additional fee for custom weddings ceremony vows.
Can I book an officiant for ceremony only?
Yes, you may book for the ceremony only, if you would like to have your officiant at the rehearsal there is an additional $100 charge.
Do I need to give the officiant a gratuity or tip?
Tipping and gratuities are optional with our professional wedding officiants. If you would like to provide your officiate with a gratuity any amount is appreciate.
What does the officiate wear to the wedding ceremony?
Most of the times a black suit is worn, please let us know if you have a preference of attire.
Do you offer military discounts for officiant service ?
Yes we are happy to provide a 10% discount to active military weddings who book with us. This will be deducted from the balance amount.
Marriage License Questions?
Do I need a Florida Marriage license?
Yes you will need to obtain a Florida Marriage License at lease 3 days prior to ceremony.
How long is Marriage License Valid?
Your Florida Marriage License is valid for 60 days from the date issued. You must obtain your marriage license in the State of Florida at least 3 days prior to your wedding ceremony.
Do I need witness to sign?
The State of Florida does not requried a witness signature on the marriage license.
What happens to license after wedding?
After the wedding ceremony your officiant or you MUST return to court house for recording. After it is recorded it will be mailed back to you at the address you provide the clerk.
How long are the wedding vows and ceremony?
The reading of the vows varies depending what is included. The average time for reading of the vows is 10 to 15 minutes.
Is a premarital course required in Florida ?
Florida does not require a premarital course to obtain your marriage license. However there is a 3 day waiting period so for short notice or same day weddings we offer an online premarital course. ( Click Here For Premarital Course )
What is the cost of a Florida Marriage License?
The cost of the Florida Marrage License is $93.50, there may be a few extra fees depending on the county you obtain your license in.
